- Racebreafing 9:30 AM
- Water start 10:00 AM
- Age group 18-29 / 10:00-10:10 AM
- Age group 30-39 / 10:10 - 10:20 AM
- Age group 40-49 / 10:20 - 10:30 AM
- Age group 50+ / 10:30 AM
Tournament schedule:
- Check in 8:00-9:00 AM
- Race briefing 9:30 AM
- Water test 9:40-9:50 AM
- Start 10:00 AM
- Prize Ceremony 12:15 PM at the venue
- 12:45 finish
Information:
- Changing rooms facilities are available on site.
- There are no bathing facilities on site.
- It’s NOT possible to buy food and drinks on site.
- It is ONLY possible to pay with cash (Danish DKR).
Equipment and requirements:
- Wetsuit required for outdoor activity.
- Neoprene cap, neoprene gloves and neoprene swim socks recommended.

Pre-competition meeting:
- Racebriefing 9:30 AM in front of the starting point.
- 9:40 - 9:40 AM is it possible to feel the water.
Rules and regulations:
- Take care of each other. If help is needed raise your hands in the air.
- Seek the edge or a boat if help is needed.
