• Max. 500 participants.

• A complete program with start list and times will be published.

Information:

• The first participant will start at 10.00.
• Meeting time is 30 minutes prior your starting time.
• Changing rooms are available on site, but there is no bathing facilities.
• It is not possible to buy food and drinks on site.

Equipment and requirements:

• You can use standard running equipment.
• Compass can be used.

Rules and regulations:

• Participants run after a number of entries in varied terrain.
• The run will be timed.
• The winner is the fastest participant to find all entries in the planned order.
• The race is conducted in accordance with the rules of the IOF and DOP Danish Orienteering Federation.
